The shareholding structure and modus operandi of Inno-Phemba are in line with the spirit and letter of the BEE legislation and BEE codes in South Africa. We subscribe to all aspects of the relevant BEE codes, both within Inno-Phemba itself, and in those companies in which we invest. Inno-Phemba is determined to play a meaningful role in aiding economic transformation.

We endeavour to facilitate broad based empowerment on a transaction by transaction basis, taking the preferences of the investee company into consideration. This approach allows for a broader BEE participation that may include the staff of investee companies.
